1:1 Coaching Services

Basic

The basic 1:1 plan is good for athletes who are on a budget, it includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. This plan is for athletes looking to begin racing or start their first adventure. One monthly phone call and email with their coach. Training plans will include 4-5 cyling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning.

Intermediate

The intermediate 1:1 plan is good for an athlete looking to improve or PR in their race times and up their fitness level. It includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. Bi-monthly check-in phone calls and unlimited emails with their coach. Training plans will include 4-5 cycling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning.

Advanced

The advanced 1:1 plan is good for an athlete looking to up their training as a goal to PR in a race and up their fitness level. It includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. Weekly check-in phone calls and unlimited emails with their coach. Training plans will include 5-6 cycling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning.
